Freedom is when the people can speak, democracy is when the government listens.
Democracy means a continuous and informed participation by a free speaking, law abiding people who think for themselves and also allow others the same privilege.
It is only a fool who says that all people are equal – they are not.
All people should have equal rights, but with these rights come equal responsibilities.
You cannot have equal rights without equal responsibilities.
In fact, you must first fulfill your responsibilities, only then can you ask for and deserve your rights.
The moment an individual disregards their responsibility, it is only natural that the corresponding right of that individual should also be disregarded.
If an individual/group has infringed on the rights of another individual/group, especially without their consent, then it is only natural, that the infringing individual/group must repair the damage done.
And if the damage cannot be repaired, then that individual/group must pay the consequences, which would be determined not only by the state, but also by the affected individual/group.
It is common sense that only a government of the Arya, considering not only the opinion of the people, but first considering Dharma and then the good of the nation as a whole is the best form of government.
I firmly believe that all people are not equal, but that all people should have equal opportunity and equal justice.
More than equality of people, it is the equality of opportunity and justice that should matter.
The people who make better use of this opportunity which is equally given to all, are obviously better than others who did not make the best use of an opportunity that was given equally to them also.
Some people in the FUKUS are foolish and arrogant enough to think that freedom and self governance was invented by them and that they are the best interpreters of it.
Freedom and self governance are wired into every human being.
It is a God given right, not a FUKUS invention or monopoly.
SWARAJ or True Democracy is an Informed Participatory Liquid Democracy mainly powered Edemocracy, and by regulated by State Funding of Elections and the Law for Elected Representatives.
In an Informed Participatory Liquid Democracy, the people would be first educated about the unbiased facts of the issue and then consulted first, only then the take decisions bearing in mind the opinions of all the people, not just the majority or a privileged and influential and selfish elite.
I think it is time that the people got more actively involved in managing their larger affairs that affect them as a community.
Especially with edemocracy, people do not really have to physically assemble at one place to make preliminary decisions.
Only final decisions may need an assembly of people but all preliminary decisions can easily be made with Edemocracy.
Edemocracy is truly democratic.
Even a sensible intelligent ten year old child will have the freedom and opportunity to raise a valid issue and get peoples attention to vote on it.
You dont need lobbyists anymore with Edemocracy.
Showing up every couple of years to elect somebody and then letting that somebody represent the people in the policies of the government is just a very risky proposition.
In this day and age, do we really need do delegate our rights in this FUKUS based “democratic” fashion?
Cant we make our own decisions using Edemocracy with cell phones available in every corner of Bharat and with the Internet and satellite TV widely available?
Why do we need our so called “representatives”?
Do they really represent all of us equally?
Once they are elected they get more powerful than us and abuse this power many times.
How can one person represent the opinion of all in his land?
With great power comes great responsibility.
The third class DFI people have been given all the power to appoint third class Representative DFIs, but have not been held responsible for voting these third class Representative DFIs in the first place.
If they are not willing to take responsibility, they should not be given the power to vote for these third class Representative DFIs.
The greatest of civilisations whether in Bharat or even in the FUKUS lands themselves were led by such people who were not common, but persons of extraordinary abilities.
Extraordinary civilisations can only created by extraordinary people, not by common men.
These extraordinary people put the good of the nation above their petty personal interests.
They held and constantly practiced Dharma as the supreme law and ideal.
To such extraordinary people, the wealth of a nation was not measured by its GDP, but by its adherence to Dharma.
The first and most important principle and the last leg of Dharma is Sat.
Sat means Truth.
Truth has many meanings.
The highest meaning of Truth is Brahman.
The “wonder” of FUKUS systems has brought about a complete imbalance in the establishment and sustenance of the wheel of Dharma.
People with flexible and wearable rubber like morals and principles form the main portion of the wheel.
In the fraud FUKUS systems, truth is buried and trampled under the filthy lust for wealth and power.
It is because of this imbalance, that the wheel of Dharma no longer exists.
Hence for the wheel of Dharma to be reestablished, we must abandon the fraud FUKUS systems and go back to the Varnashrama system.
Before you rise to condemn the Varnashrama system, understand its true meaning and essence.
The actual Varnashrama system is a wise and just system.
It is not what it has been corrupted to mean by the so called “upper” “caste” “Hindus“, some of whom have a sense of entitlement that an accident of their birth gives them a right and privilege far above their mediocre and sub-par capabilities and conduct.
A bicycle will only be of use and travel far and wide only if its wheels work properly.
Similarly there are four important parts of the wheel of Dharma:
- The hub – which is the smallest portion but the core of the wheel. It is what holds the wheel together. It is of the highest quality steel.
This is similar to the position of the Brahmins.
- The spokes – which connects the hub to the rest of the wheel. It is what supports the rest of the wheel. It is of a lower quality steel than the hub, but the better than the rest of the components.
This is similar to position of the Kshatriyas.
- The rim – which connects the spokes together and forms the base frame for the tyres.
This is similar to the position of the Vaishyas.
- The tyres – which lay down in service and support the journey of the rest of the components of the wheel. This is similar to the position of the Shudras
The right material in the right quantity has to be selected at the right place.
You cannot have a rubber spoke and steel tyre.
You cannot have an all rubber wheel without a steel hub.

Once we have state funding of elections, Edemocracy, Right to Information and Whistle blowers and Witness Protection, the law for Elected Representatives, the Arya council of Peers, right to recall and compulsory voting for all eligible residents, a lot of the corruption and third class Representative DFIs will automatically vanish.
If people can watch “reality” shows like Big Boss, and entertainment like Jhalak Dik Laja and Indian Idol every day and vote actively for every nautanki displayed on these wretched channels, then why cant we make it compulsory for them to vote on larger decision making issues that affect the local community and nation as a whole at least once every week?
Of course before they are allowed to vote, we must ensure that they make an informed decision and at least get acquainted and enlightened of all points of view of an issue.
We should also put a liability on them to take responsibility for their decisions in case of willful negligence, failure or malpractice.
There should also be a panel of well accomplished Arya council of peers to moderate the decision making.
Even then the vote of Arya council of peers and the Tathagata can overruled by an overall majority of 80% of votes cast by the Elected Representatives and supported by at least 75% of the general residents of the area, not just local voters with voter id card.
Any local petitioners and representatives should not be allowed to raise issues for populist measures like unwarranted freebies or unwarranted loan forgiveness or unwarranted subsidies or unwarranted punishment of anybody without a proper and fair trial.
However issues can be raised to demand a quick fast track trial for a person so that they judged for their crimes.
Issues relating to disputed relations and armed conflict with our neighbours should not be allowed to be raised by anybody except an Arya Peer who also had experience as a Defender of the State.
Issues relating to internal conflict can be raised by the local population.
But on no account should the local population be allowed to raise an issue that demands a secession or separation from Bharat.
People can demand self-rule for their local area.
But it will all be under the framework of the law of Bharat and will not exclude the rest of the population of Bharat from entering or doing business in their area.
However conditions can be put that only locals should allowed to reside or buy land permanently in the area.
Issues can also be raised to demand a quick and fast track decision for matters of public interest especially affecting the local public.
Only one vote is allowed per person per issue.
THOUGHTS ON WHY WE MUST RETURN TO SWARAJ – TRUE FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY
MK Gandhi had a dream for Bharat and which also applies to the whole world:
Swaraj means self-governance and self-rule through the practice of Dharma and unity, tolerance and hard work.
MK Gandhi believed in Swaraj, Gram Sabha and Panchayati Raj, which is a really good idea.
MK Gandhi also said that the ideal state would be an Ordered Non Violent Anarchy.
Note he did not say representative and parliamentary “democracy”, he said Ordered Non Violent Anarchy.
MK Gandhi’s ideal must come true.
Every village and city ward council must have Swaraj and must be Ordered Non Violent Anarchies.
Actually Bharat had this great system before it was completely destroyed by the wretched colonists.
MK Gandhi fought for Swaraj from colonist rule.
The colonists have been kicked out, but we are left and cursed with their baneful and wretched legacy of FUKUS based Representative “democracy”.
Even though we are supposed to have gained “independence” in 1947 we still really do not have Swaraj.
We are still slaves.
No longer to the FUKUS colonists, but to their inheritors, the fraud “coconuts” who believe in the “wonder” of cursed and wretched FUKUS based “democracy” and “capitalism“.
Bharat was a land of many different cultures and people all bound by the Arya Dharma.
There was the Raja (King), but he was controlled by the local eminent elders and then the local people of the area.
Everything was decentralised upto the Grama(Village) level and local administration was taken care of by an elected council of eminent and respected village members headed by a respected village elder.
There was no distant central or regional government ruled by somebody mostly unknown, corrupt, devious, unethical Representative DFI who was heavily influenced and bribed by the Wall Street/Dalal Street/Lala pimps.
True democracy in Bharat is the Gram Sabha and Panchayat Raj and in this form, the Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha will reign supreme, firmly above the so called “Representatives” that sit in the State and Center.
The Gram Sabha especially during Vedic Times is the foundation of democracy in its purest state.
This system of self-governance is the best and truest form of democracy and was present in Bharat even 5000 years ago when it was the greatest nation ever in the history of the world.
The republican government of the Lichchavi’s give rise to a great and remarkable republic that aroused the envy and administration even of Kautilya.
It is a real irony that Bharat wants to be inspired by the same FUKUS who ruined it.
It is an even more real irony that this same FUKUS first came to Bharat because they were inspired by its wealth and well being of Bharat’s citizens.
And this wealth and well being did not come because of the “wonder” of FUKUS systems, but because of the intrinsically sound and wise policies of genius statesmen like Kautilya.
The FUKUS colonisers made laws not in the interest of the freedom of the people of Bharat, but to make them obedient and unresisting slaves, even if they were unwilling.
The best part is our old FUKUS colonist the UK does not even have a written constitution.
People like Ambedkar , Nehru and people of my grandfathers generation, were educated and heavily influenced by and in awe of colonial British ideas and laws.
They rejected the traditional heritage of Bharat and modeled its laws and systems on colonial lines and adopted the FUKUS based democracy and capitalist systems.
These FUKUS based democracy and capitalist systems are totally alien to the traditional heritage of Bharat.

Why isn’t the Western form of democracy effective in the East?
FUKUS implemented these democracy and capitalist systems in Bharat as a tool for the best way to exploit the resources in Bharat and steal them back to their home countries.
FUKUS may have been kicked out.
But the FUKUS based democracy and capitalist systems remain and are still used by the coconuts as a tool for the best way to exploit the resources in Bharat and steal them back to their cronies, flunkies and families.
And now due to the “wonder” of the globalisation scam, the coconuts are again using the same exploitative FUKUS based democracy and capitalist systems to steal the land and livelihood of the locals and then inviting back the new FUKUS colonists, the Wall Street, Street Pimps and Global Investors to set up slave factories on the same stolen land and use the same local residents of Bharat as bonded slaves to work in these factories.
The constitution of Bharat and its laws need a thorough reworking.
Most of its foundation has the baneful influence of the old FUKUS colonial laws and systems and also FUKUS based constitutions.
We should remove our FUKUS based “inspiration” and go back to our traditional heritage which made Bharat the greatest of civilisations for more than 5000 years before we were ruined by FUKUS who we now wished to be inspired by.
Now that we have passed two generations, the constitution of Bharat must be reworked to include the ideas of our current generation and those in their youth who do not have any baggage of the influence on colonists in our thoughts.
In fact the people of our generation, are more interested in reviving our great heritage and I am sure that many of us would like to go back to the traditional practices as per our heritage, instead of alien FUKUS colonist laws.
Of course many of our generation also have more enlightened world views and do not agree with the traditional gender and caste based discrimination in our heritage.
What we remember now as our heritage in Bharat is not our true heritage.
Our true heritage in South Bharat was lost after the fall of the Cholas.
Our true heritage in North Bharat was lost after the fall of Ashoka.
Even though our constitution is inspired by flawed FUKUS “democracy“, there are many good points and following are the basic rights that the Tribals and Panchayats have but are completely unaware of:
